Refund Policy & Disclaimer
At SY Customs, most of our products are custom-made according to the customer’s car model, selected materials, and personal design preferences. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products
Our custom steering wheels, airbag covers, paddle shifters, and carbon fiber parts are made to order. Because each item is customized for a specific vehicle and customer request, custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or we made an error with the confirmed order details.
2. Order Confirmation
Before production begins, we will confirm important order details with you, including car model, year, steering wheel style, materials, stitching color, carbon fiber finish, shape, and any extra options.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and clear photos when required. If incorrect information is provided by the customer, SY Customs is not responsible for fitment issues caused by the incorrect details.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials and labor have already been arranged for the custom build.
4. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for custom-made products due to change of mind, incorrect model information provided by the customer, or personal preference after receiving the item.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect;
- The item does not match the confirmed order details;
- The wrong item was sent due to our mistake.
5. Shipping Damage
All orders are carefully checked and packed before shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the package and product condition.
We will help review the case and assist with the shipping claim or possible solution where applicable.
6. Fitment Disclaimer
Fitment depends on the customer’s vehicle model, year, original steering wheel configuration, and selected options. We will do our best to confirm compatibility before production, but customers must provide accurate information and photos when requested.
7. Installation Disclaimer
Some products may require professional installation. SY Customs is not responsible for damage, warning lights, electrical issues, or safety problems caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse.
We strongly recommend having custom steering wheels and related parts installed by a qualified professional.
8. Product Images & Differences
Product photos are for reference only. Because carbon fiber texture, leather, Alcantara, stitching, and handmade details may vary slightly, the final product may have small differences from sample photos.
