1. Business Overview
SY Customs provides made-to-order custom carbon fiber steering wheels for automotive interior upgrades. Our products are customized according to the customer’s vehicle model, original steering wheel style, and selected design options.
Customization options may include carbon fiber finish, leather, Alcantara, stitching color, center stripe, LED display, trim details, paddle shifters, and other available upgrades.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All steering wheels sold by SY Customs are made to order. This means each product is built specifically based on the customer’s confirmed vehicle information and selected customization details.
Because our products are customized, production normally begins after order confirmation. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a quality issue, production mistake, or the item received is significantly different from the confirmed order details.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information before placing an order. This may include car make, model, year, trim, original steering wheel photos, and any required customization details.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer, SY Customs is not responsible for fitment issues, compatibility problems, or delays caused by inaccurate information.
4. Product Compatibility
Our steering wheels are designed based on the customer’s original steering wheel style and vehicle configuration. However, buttons, wiring harnesses, paddle shifters, heating function, vibration function, and other electronic components may vary depending on the original vehicle setup.
Customers should confirm compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before placing an order.
5. Airbag & Safety Components
Airbag is not included. SY Customs does not sell airbags or safety restraint systems.
Customers are responsible for using their original airbag and compatible components where applicable. Professional installation is strongly recommended. SY Customs is not responsible for damage, warning lights, installation issues, or safety risks caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse.
6. Production Time
Our usual production time is 10–15 business days before shipping. Production time may vary depending on product complexity, selected customization options, order volume, and material availability.
Because each steering wheel is handcrafted, minor production delays may occur. We will do our best to keep customers updated if any delay happens.
7. Product Images & Handmade Differences
Product photos on our website are for reference only. Due to lighting, screen settings, material texture, and handmade production, the final product may have minor differences in color, carbon fiber pattern, stitching appearance, leather texture, or finishing details.
These minor differences are normal for handmade customized products and do not affect normal use.
8. Pricing & Custom Options
Product prices may vary depending on the selected vehicle model and customization options. Some upgrades may add extra cost, including but not limited to LED display, special carbon fiber finish, Alcantara, custom stitching, carbon trim, airbag cover customization, and other optional upgrades.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final price and selected options before completing checkout.
9. Payment
Orders must be paid according to the available payment methods shown at checkout. By completing payment, you confirm that you agree to the selected product details, customization options, pricing, and these Terms of Service.
10. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. SY Customs is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
11. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by their local authorities.
12. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and shipping damage claims.
Because our products are made to order, customized products cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changed their mind after production has started.
13. Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Steering wheel installation may involve airbag removal, wiring, electronic components, paddle shifters, and vehicle-specific systems.
SY Customs is not responsible for any damage, warning lights, electrical issues, injury, or other problems caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, or third-party installation.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, product photos, text, layout, branding, and design elements used on this website belong to SY Customs or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SY Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or misuse of our products.
Our responsibility is limited to the product purchased and the specific issue confirmed by our review.
