At SY Customs, every steering wheel is made to order and carefully checked before shipping. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Production Time

All SY Customs steering wheels are custom made according to your vehicle model and selected customization options.

Our usual production time is 10–15 business days before shipping. Production time may vary depending on the product complexity, selected options, material availability, and order volume.

Because each steering wheel is handcrafted, minor production delays may occur. If there is any delay, we will do our best to keep you updated.

2. Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country, local customs regulations, carrier restrictions, and delivery conditions.

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is completed and the order has been dispatched.

Estimated international delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, local carrier processing, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that the delivery time above is an estimate only. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout if applicable. We may offer free shipping to selected countries or regions depending on the current store settings and shipping method.

If your address is located in a remote area, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you before shipping if any additional fee is required.

5. Order Processing

After your order is placed, we may contact you to confirm your vehicle model, year, trim, original steering wheel photos, and selected customization options before production begins.

Please provide accurate and complete information. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause production delays or fitment issues.

6. Packaging

Each steering wheel is carefully checked and packed before shipping.

We use protective packaging materials, including dense black foam and secure outer packaging, to help protect the steering wheel during international transportation.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by their local authorities.

SY Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address, phone number, and contact information.

SY Customs is not responsible for delivery failure, delays, return shipping costs, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

10. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help check the shipping status with the carrier.

Please note that shipping delays caused by customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, or force majeure events are outside our direct control.

11. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the outer package, shipping label, product, and damaged area. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution depending on the situation.

12. Airbag & Safety Components

Airbag is not included. SY Customs does not sell airbags or safety restraint systems.

Customers are responsible for using their original airbag and compatible components where applicable. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
